Frequent flux-density monitoring was carried out on 16 bright extragalactic sources at 24 GHz over a period of 17 months. These data, along with data taken at 4.8, 8.0, and 14.5 GHz, showed a range of behavior from no flux-density variation to variations as large as 40 percent in ten days. The 8.0-24 GHz spectral indices ranged from -0.52 to 0.51, and the 24 GHz data typically exhibited more rapid variation and larger amplitude variation than the data at the three lower frequencies. The BL Lac objects OJ 287 and BL Lac showed very rapid variations with nearly simultaneous flux-density peaks at 8.0, 14.5, and 24.0 GHz. The behavior of these two BL Lac objects is interpreted in terms of jet models. The behavior of 3C 273 is discussed in terms of opacity effects.
