The frequency dependences of the statistical characteristics of a decameter signal are discussed with reference to data obtained during multifrequency oblique sounding for a 3000-km long radio line. The frequency dependences of the energy parameter of scattering are determined for inhomogeneities of various scales. The frequency dependences of asymmetry and kurtosis coefficients are also determined for different depths of layer penetration by the waves.
