The Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids, which are very closely related to relative vibrational transition probabilities, have been computed by the more reliable numerical integration procedure for the bands of A (2Delta ) - X (2) Pi _r system of SiD, D (2) Sigma (+-) X(2Pi ) _ r of SiF and D (2) Pi_ i-A (2) Pi_ i system of SiN molecules of astrophysical interest, using a suitable potential.
