Experimental observations and analyses of the Ballik-Ramsay electronic system of C-13 are reported. C2 emission spectra were obtained using a microwave discharge in a sealed tube filled with two isotopic volumes of CO gas to produce a C-12C-13 molecule. Fourier interferometry was employed to record in the spectral range 3500-14,000/cm, with a resolution limit of 0.013/cm. An iterative, nonlinear, least squares method was used to reduce the observed wavenumbers for the 0-0 band to molecular parameters.
