The first laboratory observation of the 12C13C and 13C2 Phillips electronic system A 1Πu → Χ 1Σg+ is reported. The observed wavenumbers for the (0-0) and (1-0) bands of each isotopic species have been reduced to molecular parameters using an iterative, non-linear, least-squares method. Perturbations are observed in the A 1Πu, v = 1 level for both isotopes.
