We present and discuss the periodograms of high-speed V-band and R-band optical photometry of the binary microquasar SS433, obtained with the 1.2m telescope of the National Observatory of Athens (NOA) in August 2004 and August 2005. We used power spectrum analysis with a time resolution adequate for the detection of oscillations longer than 30 sec. We report on the discovery of semi periodic oscillations between 20 - 50 min, that appear in both the 2004 and 2005 data. We also confirm the nutational period (6.28d) from our photometric data in 2005 and we investigate the chaotic behaviour of the system on time scales smaller than a few hours. We finally compare the shape of the light curves observed in 2004 and 2005.
