This paper introduces a new novel data treatment method - Fourier analysis method, which is used for temperature prediction based on the exponential model of temperature transition in spacecraft thermal balance test. Compared with conventional least square approximation, Fourier analysis method is more appropriate in real-time extrapolation for a large amount of temperature data obtained in thermal vacuum test because of its short-cut method without iterative calculation.
