Hsu (1984) has discussed an 'R-inherent quantum mechanics' in which the usual unnormalizable eigenfunctions of the coordinate q are modified by a radical length R. The present paper is concerned with the generalization and completion of the R-inherent quantum mechanics. Fuzzy quantum mechanics and evolutionary laws of physics are considered along with finite quantum 'elecweakdynamics'. Attention is given to the fuzzy-uncertainty principle and Zadeh's fuzzy point, the expanding universe and the evolutionary laws of physics, the fermion field, the photon field and the new electric static potential, the S-matrix and modified Feynman rules, the physical effects of the probability principle, and the gauge boson masses and symmetry-breaking vacuum fields.
