The formation of nonsaturated maser lines in disc-like envelopes with axial-symmetric motions is considered. It is shown that the efficiency of the maser action (under the same power of pumping) is maximum in the envelopes with large-scale radiative coupling, the main feature of which is a sharp anisotropic azimuthal dependence of the coherent length in the equatorial plane of the disc. The existence of two pairs of local maxima of the coherent lengths leads the profile of maser lines to have in general case a four-component structure, and the disc itself from the point of view of the observer, looks like four compact subsources.
