The combined dynamics of baryonic and nondissipative matter is examined. The conditions for the appearance of a nondissipative gravitational singularity (NGS) are determined, showing that the emission of energy together with the activity of the gravitational field in the center of the NGS result in an enhanced spherical compression of the baryonic matter. Ultimately, this leads to the formation of a massive black hole which grows rapidly due to the accretion of the baryonic and the nondissipative matter.
