The design of a control system for the secondary mirror of an infrared astronomic telescope is described. The mirror is 59.4 mm diameter and 76 g weight. The modulation is done using a highly asymmetric square wave to maximize the observation time. The design includes careful attention paid to vibrations induced by the modulation system. Drawings of the components and optical scheme are included.
