The balloon-borne instrument Potok was used to measure fluxes of charged and neutral cosmic-ray components in the region of the Brazilian magnetic anomaly in November 1991 in the course of 18 hours during a moderate magnetic storm. No sporadic flux increases were detected. Significant flux pulsations with periods of the several minutes were found.
