Variations of solar active regions radio emission with characteristic time-scales from a few minutes to a few hours were observed at λλ = 0.8, 1.35 and 2.5 cm. Corresponding power spectra were approximated as Txα; it was found that α = 1.4 - 3.5 at λ = 2.5 cm and α = 1.6 - 4.0 at λ = 1.35 cm. The amplitude of the fluctuations is maximum at 1.35 cm. Sharp depressions of fluctuations and possible explanations of the observed effects are discussed.
