A cross-correlation analysis of mean diurnal values of solar-activity variations, fluctuations of solar-wind electron density, and fluctuations of the critical frequency of the ionosphere was carried out on the basis of radio occultation in circumsolar space and vertical sounding of the ionosphere. It is shown that variations of solar activity, manifested in electron-density fluctuations of the supercorona, are transferred to earth with solar-wind velocity.
