The authors analyse fluctuations of the cosmic background radiation for models with Comptonization of dust emission. To identify and constrain possible mechanisms of the origin of fluctuations they can use their correlations and amplitudes, if the fluctuations are detected at two different wavelengths. One of the wavelengths should lie in the submillimetre region, 400 μm < λ < 1.1 mm.
