The space correlation of the fluctuation in a helium nuclear reaction diffusion system is analyzed. The diffusion term is introduced into the master equation of the probability distribution function of density. The spectrum of fluctuation waves in a helium nuclear reaction system is obtained. A series of waves which describes the propagation of the fluctuation moments of the local density is presented. The instability of helium combustion at its beginning for the star with a mass satisfying M of less than 2 solar masses may be related to those increasing fluctuation waves. The bifurcation theory is used to deal with the partial differential equation of a helium nuclear reaction system. An expression of supercritical ordinary bifurcation is obtained.
