Fluctuations of various EAS components from a primary proton at energies ranging from 10 to the 5th to 10 to the 10th GeV are calculated by the Monte Carlo method and the numerical solution of conjugate equations for moments of EAS fluctuation characteristics. The multiplicity and inclusive spectra are in agreement with the quark-gluon string model. Distributions of partial inelasticity coefficients matched with experimental data and extrapolated to the range of ultrahigh energies were used in the calculations, and it is shown that the use of these distributions leads to a substantially higher level of muon-component fluctuations than currently accepted.
