Photometric, spectral, and radio monitoring of the flare star EV Lac was performed, and 50 optical flares were registered over a span of nine nights during 1986-1987. Flare radiations of the four most powerful events and black-body radiation, as well as the emission from different models of hydrogen plasmas are compared in three two-color diagrams of the UBVRI photometric system. No reliable diagnostics of flare radiation was obtained. In some cases a significant or decisive contribution of quasi-black-body radiation in the flare emission was found. In the active state of the star, the H-alpha line emission profiles show radiating matter motions with velocities of up to many tens of kilometers per second along the line of sight in both directions. Flare radio emission was not registered at 8 mm.
