Results are presented on photometric observations of an event of flare acivity on AM Canum Venaticorum, that occurred on February 20, 1990 at 16 h 20 m UT. It was found that the shape of the flare and the subsequent amplitude enhancement of the 1051 sec period are similar to those reported by Marar et al. (1988). The only difference between the presently reported observations and those of Marar et al. are the magnitude (observed here to be 0.2 mag) and the time separation from flare to subsequent amplitude enhancement.
