In this paper, we show that for an $F$-pure local ring $(R,\m)$, all local cohomology modules $H_{\m}^i(R)$ have finitely many Frobenius compatible submodules. This answers (in the positive) the open question raised by F.Enescu and M.Hochster in their paper "The Frobenius structure of local cohomology". We also use our main results to generalize a result in of F.Enescu and study some examples to understand $F$-purity and FH-finiteness.
