The accumulation of particles on bound levels near a microscopically small black hole through a Hawking generation process is considered. The time life of the bound states for scalar particles is computed. The dumping of the levels is sign changing when the conditions for the superradiation are fullfiled. Solutions of the radial equations are obtained in Eddington-Finkelstein type coordinates. The equilibrium between generation and back absorption of particles is possible, is shown.
