Decays Of Charmed Mesons

Scientific paper

In this work two final-state interference effects in hadronic charm meson decays are analyzed. These effects can be observed in the Dalitz plot of the decay under study. In particular, the effects of Bose-Einstein correlations (BEC) and resonance production in the decay D+-->K-π+π+ are studied. Previous experimental results show-besides resonances-some other interesting effects in the Dalitz plot of this decay which may be associated to final-state interactions like the ones presented here. .
