A model is proposed which treats filamentary structures observed in the Sun's chromosphere as thin beams of energetic electrons. The structures are corresponded to Alfven waves with filamentary singularity. The set of integro-differential equations describing dynamics of the beams are derived from the ordinary magnetohydrodynamic equations. Some solutions of this set are obtained.
