The results of long-term measurements of the secular decrease of the luminosity and flux density of the supernova remnant Cassiopeia A at radio frequencies from 0.5 to 37 GHz are presented. The data on the frequency dependence of the flux density secular decrease and spectrum slope variations with time for 1962-1997 are presented, and the nonstationarity of these changes is demonstrated. By comparison with theory, evolutionary dependences for energies of the magnetic field and relativistic electrons in the envelope of the supernova remnant are obtained.
