We present results of a monitoring campaign of the young stellar cluster IC 348 with the Spitzer Space Telescope. Our data are providing some of the first robust measurements of mid-infrared variability of young stellar objects (YSOs). Variability is observed at all measurable wavelengths (from 3.6 to 70 microns) at a wide range of timescales (from days to years) across the full range of YSO evolutionary stages. Protostars and transitional disks exhibit the most spectacular time-dependent behavior, both in terms of amplitude and wavelength dependence. Our results indicate that mid-IR variability can provide an important tool for diagnosing the structure of circumstellar material, especially in the inner disk.
