The goals set forth in this test are threefold: to measure (to 50 mas) the relative positions of the Science Instruments, to verify the focal plane plate scale, and, via repetitions of the test, to assess the focal plane and FGS stability. Understanding the focal plane stability is important because it will flag the need for revisions in SI/FGS alignment, it will identify the source of any variations, and it may suggest operational methodology for the post-Servicing era when alignment requirements become more stringent. The test design is compact: stars in an astromertic cluster will be acquired by an SI followed immediately by WFC image. By using the same guide star pair and same roll angle, the relative alignment between each SI and the WFC is easily computed. The FGS portion of the test has some additional goals. ***MANY SPECIAL REQ - PLEASE SEE QUESTION 5*********
