A description is presented of the reanalysis by the point summation technique (PST) of three weak 4U sources which lie within COS B error circles. A survey of the remaining COS B positions which has uncovered a new X-ray source within the CG 075+0 error circle is also considered, and the results of an investigation of the region surrounding CG 195+4 and CG 189+1 are given. On the basis of the 4U catalog only one (or two with the present deeper survey) accidental locations of an X-ray source within a COS error circle is expected. Either a 4U source or a probable new X-ray source near 6 of the 11 unidentified COS B sources is found. It is concluded that there is apparently an excess of X-ray sources consistent with COS B gamma-ray source positions above that expected by chance.
