EUVE observations made during the first GO cycle provided EUV spectroscopic observations from 80 to 700 A. RE1149+28 was seen only in the short wavelengh data (80-190A). The short wavelength spectrum had sufficient S/N from 80 to 140 A to allow blackbody fits, line identification, and was used to produce a photometric light curve. The Deep Survey instrument also collected short wavelength (67-178A) imaging data during this GO observation as well. In addition, an 80 hour photometric data set was obtained with the EUVE right-angle program (RAP). This provided night time coverage for 50 spacecraft orbits (with a duty cycle of 0.35) at an effective bandpass of (58-174A). We present the results for RE1149+28 from all these data sets. The photometric light curves, while of much better quality, are in good agreement with those obtained with ROSAT during its All-Sky Survey. The 80-hour light curve provides us with a unique data set for this star allowing a new orbital period determination. We will discuss the source of the EUV light in RE1149+28 and compare this dataset with other EUVE obtained spectroscopic and photometric observations of CVs.
