About 100 extragalactic radio sources suspected to have large Faraday rotations were observed using a multichannel polarimeter at 10 GHz attached to the 45 m radio telescope at Nobeyama. Four of these sources were found to have an intrinsic rotation measure higher than 1000 rad/sq m. Rotation measures larger by two orders of magnitude than those observed so far for most extragalactic radio sources are reported. Two of these four sources are classified as compact steep-spectrum sources.
