We have constructed a catalog of star clusters and associations in M33 from all available F336W, F439W, F555W and F814W archival WFPC2 data. The majority of these new clusters are too small to be resolved from the ground, and thus extend existing catalogs of star clusters in M33. We present an F555W luminosity function, and cluster ages derived from broadband colors. We compare these data to the population of Milky Way and Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) open clusters. Our goal is to understand the evolution and formation of the M33 cluster population as compared to the cluster systems of the Milky Way and LMC.
