We reconstruct the extragalactic magnetic fields and UHECR source distribution; Local Universe; the basis of IRAS PSCz catalogue. Taking into account the power dependence betw'een densities of galactic luminosities and magnetic field energy we recover the characteristics of magnetic field on different scales (u to 100 ). From proposed connection between matter and UHECR sources distribution we estimate also concentration of probable UHECRs sources in Local Universe. Some applications of the obtained results are discussed.
