A unified model of double radio sources in which the accretion disk of a massive black hole acts as a unipolar induction dynamo, producing oppositely directed beams of relativistic particles is discussed. The hydrodynamics of accretion flow with angular momentum are considered. The empty vortex funnels which are found to occur are essential both in providing a path of easy egress for the outward propagation of beams and in collimating the beams. Hydrodynamic jets are found under some conditions and these may be relevant to mass outflow from active galactic nuclei. The factors which determine the axial magnetic field strength near the inner edge of the accretion disk of the black hole are treated.
