We demonstrate a number of tools that extend the capabilities of the Chandra X-Ray Center's data analysis software system CIAO. These tools were developed using S-Lang, an interpreted language and multi-platform programmer's library that may be easily embedded into other applications. The S-Lang interpreter's C-like syntax and sophisticated vector and array manipulation capabilities allow rapid development by scientists of programs that meet their individual analysis needs.
