The spectral, microwave burst and HXRBS data of a 1N/M7.1 flare, which occurred in the active region No. 4033, have been analyzed. By use of the asymmetry of spectral lines, the velocity of material in the flare has been estimated. This flare seems to be a flaring arch. According to the properties of microwave and HXR bursts, the intensity of the magnetic field and the structure of the flare loop have been figured out. It was found that there were three microwave bursts which occurred in a flaring loop system, and that the delay of the high-frequency burst relative to the low-frequency one is shortened successively. This can be explained by the decrease of the twist of magnetic lines of force in the flaring loop after each burst.
