The technique for the analysis of the ion composition of the solar wind with the mass-energy analyzers of the BIFRAM plasma-measurement complex in the framework of the Intershock program is described, and preliminary results are presented. The operating principles and characteristics of two types of sensors are examined: (1) an electrostatic analyzer which makes it possible to check separate measurements of the kinetic parameters of protons and alpha particles; and (2) a two-capacitor analyzer with a magnet, making it possible to measure the energy spectra of heavy ions.
