A specially designed onboard system of flexible data processing for the Intershock experiment is described. A block diagram is presented, and attention is given to the functional capacities of the system, the software, and control and reprogramming. The functional efficiency of the system is illustrated on the example of redundancy reduction in the measurement of high-energy particle fluxes.
