EXOSAT observations of the globular cluster X-ray source X0512-401=NGC1851 are reported. The observations covered 20,000 sec and were carried out with Lexan thin, aluminum Parylene and boron filters: these yielded counting rates of (6.83 + or - 0.57) x 0.1, (4.54 + or - 0.44) x 0.1, and (1.95 + or - 0.54) x 0.1 counts/sec respectively. Results of three-color spectroscopy are presented. Long (6 hr) uninterrupted, simultaneous soft and medium energy X-ray curves of X0512-401 are given.
