Exact Bianchi type-II, -VIII, and -IX cosmological models in scale
covariant theory of gravitation, when the source is a perfect fluid
distribution, are presented. The solutions represent locally
rotationally symmetric universes with stiff matter. The models do not
approach isotropy for large values of time.
