Single Photon Avalanche Diode Detector, Noise Counter, Viewing Field, Satellite Laser Ranging

The avalanche diode with high sensitivity is the best available detector for SLR until now and it has been used in the most SLR stations in the world. The properties such as the sensitivity, response time and dark noise counter for the single photon avalanche diode detector are excellent, but the disadvantage for SLR is only 53" of the field of view. In order to employ the single photon avalanche diode detector for our SLR, we set up a collimated light for the adjustment, and a two dimensions adjustable frame was designed to hold the single photon avalanche diode detector. The noise counter was used for the exact adjustment of single photon avalanche diode detector, thereby the single photon avalanche diode detector worked excellently for SLR.
