This study emphasizes the impulse character of the main evolutionary dependence (atomic content) of a structure versus cosmic time, as well as the special role played by the human community in creating the next molecular evolutionary structure at the beginning of the post-biological evolutionary stage. A hypothesis on a solution to the 'Fermi paradox' and other cosmological coincidences is formulated utilizing evolutionary approaches.
