We observed PSN J12304185+4137498 within putative host galaxy, NGC 4490 (d~8 Mpc), with the Expanded Very Large Array beginning on August 18.1 UT. Observations were conducted with 2 x 1 GHz bandwidth centered at frequencies of 5.5 and 7.0 GHz. We do not detect a radio counterpart at the optical transient position and place an upper limit of 16 microJy (2-sigma). We thank the EVLA commissioning team and Assistant Director, Dale Frail, for making these rapid response observations possible.
