Recent theoretical and experimental results are discussed in the context of the Tripartite String and its associated Cyclic Cosmology. The Galactic Annihilation Fountain is discussed as an artifact of Hawking-like radiation which is fundamentally required to 'close' the Cyclic Cosmological model. The question of unitarity and the topography of string states which comprise a black hole will be discussed. It is argued that a limitation is created by considering only the topology of the string or brane which prohibits the connection of M-theory to the Standard Model.
