Results are reported for long-term (over 225 nights) monitoring of the ultraviolet-filter polarization of Cyg X-1. Power spectra of this polarization are presented which suggest a peak at the approximate period of 39 days. Statistical aspects of the apparent 39.2-day periodicity are summarized, and it is concluded that this periodicity is real with a probability exceeding 97%. It is noted that the 39.2-day period is very likely to be the exact seventh multiple of the binary period of Cyg X-1 (5.60 days).
