Eutelsat 2 FM4 is a Spacebus 2000 Spacecraft, which was launched in 1992 with a projected lifetime of 7 years. After 11 years of successful service, EUTELSAT decided to graveyard the spacecraft and passivate the propulsion subsystem. A reorbitation to +300 km with respect to GEO was performed by EUTELSAT in Paris, a complete propellant tank depressurisation was achieved through different maneuvers. After a brief overview of the two main systems involved, propulsion and AOCS, this paper presents the chronology of the operations , focusing on AOCS/UPS subsystem behaviors. Main conclusions and recommendations issued from this experience will also be presented.
