A new time service system is established in China. This system is based on the common view to the 714 MHz "Screen Satellite" (Soviet Union). The information of the satellite position is obtained by four observation stations located in Xi'an, Beijing, Wuhan and Ürümqi. The user can obtain standard time and frequency with a small receiver. The precision of time service is about 1 ms and the precision of time comparison is about 1 μs.
