Using the database management system (DBMS) foxpro 2.5 for windows, which was developed recently by Fox Soft Company, the astrometry database has been established. A great deal of observations and research results in astrometry over the world as data origin were collected in this database. It possesses many kinds of functions such as appending, reading, sorting, corrections and browsing data. Its characterization is that operating speed is very fast and exchanging information between the user and astrometry database is very easy.
