The reported positions of two transients PTF09fb and PTF09fr is inaccurate in ATel#2055 due to a software glitch in the communication between the LBL and CIT databases. The correct location of PTF09fb is RA(J2000) = 16:46:42.82, DEC(J2000)=+75:15:28.6 and it is offset from its host by 0.0"E,0.2"S. PTF09fr is located at RA(J2000)=14:50:00.12, DEC(J2000)=+44:55:05.8 and offset from its host by 2.5"E,5.6"N.
