Several values were incorrect in Table 2 of our original paper. The 0.7 cm flux density on 2000 July 17 should be 1.13+/-0.14 Jy. The 0.7 cm flux density on 2000 August 6 should be 1.04+/-0.09 Jy. The 0.7 cm flux density on 2000 September 8 should be 1.04+/-0.08 Jy. Corrected values for this table are listed below, and a corrected version of the full machine-readable table is also available in the electronic edition of this erratum. These corrections are only typographical in nature, and none of the results or conclusions of the paper are affected.
