Because of an error in making proof corrections, the explanation for letter note (z) in Table 7 is incorrect; this note, and the final sentence of item (3) in Appendix A, should read: ``(z) Not identified; the calculated wavenumbers are listed.''
Table 6 was also incorrectly formatted, with space dividing decimals; the correctly formatted table is reprinted here. Note that none of the values in the table have changed, only the layout.
