The best-fit relation between cavity power and monochromatic 327 MHz radio luminosity is given incorrectly in Equation (15). The correct relation is as follows: The data have a scatter about this relation of 0.81 dex. We note that this correction does not change the conclusions of the paper, except that the scatter about this relation is now similar to the scatter obtained using the 1400 MHz monochromatic radio luminosity (not 20% lower as stated in the original paper).
The authors thank Ken Cavagnolo for bringing this error to our attention.
